The terms that apply when you shop at Purpose Pups — orders, pricing, secure payment, product use, and the limits of our liability.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of purposepup.com and your purchase of products from Purpose Pups, operated by Spoiled Pups LLC (“Purpose Pups,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and/or ship the products. We may decline or cancel an order — including for pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
- Payment is handled through our secure checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, applicable taxes, and any shipping.
- You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
What appears on your statement
Card statements for your purchase will show PURPOSE. If you don’t recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it and we’ll help sort it out quickly.
Taxes
Sales tax is applied where required by law and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy. Products carry any applicable manufacturer’s warranty; except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Product use & your dog’s safety
Product images and descriptions are for reference. Please choose products appropriate for your dog’s size, age, and chewing style, follow all label and feeding instructions, and supervise your dog with new toys, chews, and treats. No toy or chew is indestructible — inspect items regularly and replace them when worn.
Wellness & supplements
Wellness and supplement products are intended to support the wellbeing of healthy dogs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Talk to your veterinarian before starting any supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or has a health condition.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purpose Pups’ total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
